Weeble Wobble Woman

I am not a weeble wobble woman. You cannot make me fall down. You cannot make me bow to your will. I will not do it. I am stronger than you. I am everything you are, everything you wish you had been, and everything you're not. I am courageous. At least I have the courage to go after what I want and pursue it with all I am. I'm not afraid of taking risks. I know who I am. I accept myself as I am, flawed as I may be, but knowing who I want to be and what I will do to become the person I want to be. Who are you to criticize me for being my own person when you can't do the same? Try a little authenticity for a change. Try accepting people as they are and meeting them where they are so that you can encourage them to be better. Try building people up rather than tearing them down. I won't be torn down. Don't blame me for choices you make. And leave me to discover the right or wrong of the choices I make. I am angry. I am hurt. I am tired. I may bend but I will not be broken. When you hit me with your words, your attitude, your looks, I may wobble, but I won't fall down. If you find me on my knees, don't raise your hopes for victory. I'm only there on my knees praying to God for you.
